Brian Matambo (1978) was born in Chililabombwe, Zambia, to Zambian parents. He did his primary education at Kamenza Basic School, and his secondary school education at Chililabombwe High. He moved to Lusaka to look for a college place and did Journalism and Public Relations. He worked for only three months for a real estate firm before the owner passed on and the firm folded up. An opportunity to join Radio Phoenix came up but he decided to take a missions trip to Malawi with the Living Praise Choir of Northmead Assembly.
As a local church keyboard player and a committed member, he eventually joined the staff at Northmead Assembly under Bishop Dr. Joshua HK Banda as an information assistant. He left Northmead Assembly after only two years and began to chase his dream as an entrepreneur facing many adverse circumstances along the way. His resilience paid off but he considers himself a work in progress. He began his coaching journey in 2007 and wrote a family finance parenting manual that did not get published.
Eventually he completed his first book in ebook form titled #SME_101: preparing for the marketplace. He is married with two kids. He currently lives in Kafue town south of Lusaka, the capital of Zambia,
