Just the grill I was needing.
Started a new electronics project, and a part has an exposed fan. Not wanting some pesky object getting into the works, possibly burning out the fan motor or starting a fire, I found these 40mm Black Fan Grill's, and they were just what I needed. Now, those pesky objects have no chance, their nefarious plans have been foiled by the grills, which are black to help them blend in the fan as a natural camouflage, and my project is "safer" than it was without. They feel very sturdy and fit my project well.

Looks awesome on my 40mm fans. Fits nicely, protects blades without obfuscating too much of the impeller. FYI your mounting hardware will need an additional 2mm of length to accommodate these, I used 28mm socket cap screws to fit a 20mm thick fan.
