Tips for connecting to older iPhone
Felt like a long way since I got here!!! Almost gave up but finally figured out… so wanted to share some tips for people who might have the same needs. This is for folks like me who has an old iPhone version like 12 and not able to use type c usb to directly mirror the screen… after many trials and errors… this is what you need:1) unless you already have one, you can request the vendor to send you a lightening to hdmi adaptor (just email them listed in the instruction and they are very nice and efficient)2) connect your screen to the power using the power adapter and the usb to usb-c cord that came with the package3) connect the phone to the monitor hdmi port (this is when the lighting hdmi adapter mentioned earlier becomes useful)… basically on one end you will connect the lightening side to the phone obviously… and on the other end you will use the hdmi to mini-hdmi cord that also came with the package to connect the adaptor to the monitor.4) MOST IMPORTANT part… so on the same side of the hdmi port on the adaptor, there’s another port… that’s the lightening port that you need to connect it to a lightening charger just like how you charge your phone… you will need to “charge” the adaptor!!!Then power up… and wait patiently… when you see the miracle…Hope you are able to make a success on other’s (my) failures…

I just got this tonight and I am really happy with the purchase. The unit was perfectly packaged and ready for plug and play right out of the box, just plug in the USB C and it's ready to go! I ran some videos side by side with my laptop and the color and motion smoothness are very impressive, even without making adjustments to the display settings (photos included in the review). The unit is very light and the magnetic case looks and works really well .
