This set was perfect to completely organize my staples in a small kitchen. My cabinets are typical (builder-grade) sized, but there are very few of them. I adjusted one shelf to accommodate the tallest container and was able to add two rows of these containers on each shelf.
I quickly realized that the included labels (which can be erased and repositioned) are very handy if placed high on the container. The containers are sized so that the next in height, when placed in front of a taller container, will allow you to see the label of both. The shorter containers may also be stacked to match the height of the taller ones. This gives you endless configuration options, as the width/depth of all sizes match.
Prior to purchasing these, I went down the "decanting" rabbit hole with round glass containers, but the aesthetic was not really functional, were I being honest, and wasted a lot of space. These containers are a far superior solution, space-wise, as well as reducing the weight load on the shelves. Best of all, their uniform dimensions (beyond height) means all lids fit all containers, so no more trying to keep track of various lid sizes.
