Above the Law Realty: If Your Mother Only Knew Kindle Edition
He dealt mostly with cash if he could as that was so much harder to track and for his victims to claim back. “Oh, no sir. This is my cash, I’ve been saving for years,” he’d said on more than one occasion and no one could prove otherwise. He didn’t feel like he was a bad guy for taking people’s money, they voluntarily handed it over to the thieves in the government all the time in the form of taxes and never did anything more than whine. Excise tax, gas tax, income tax, land tax, sales tax, luxury tax, land use fees, vehicle registrations, speeding tickets, toll fees; the list literally went on forever. And no one did a damn thing about it. How could he be wrong? His occupation was just another tax on folks too stupid to see it coming. He bent people over in a few days or weeks and did to them what the man had been doing to them for years.
He was a confidence man, a con man, a flim flam man, a man that knew what he wanted and knew how to get it. If he came into a person’s life, their wealth would soon be leaving and he was very good at it. Almost too good as he really enjoyed the high life he could have on occasion. Mostly he saved the money but on rare occasion he’d have some fun. His beautiful mother had taught him well how to play on people’s emotions so that she could provide for him. She never let him go hungry and she never let him get hurt from those that she necessarily had to hang out with. It was not the life she had chosen but the one she found she had to live since his father had not stuck around. He really missed her, she had kept him safe, warm and fed until the day of her all too early death. She was a goddess and so beautiful both physically and in her heart. At least she was to him. Not so much those from whom she earned a reasonable side living while waiting tables at whatever local greasy spoon was within walking distance. Many of them had forced the two of them to move around more than either of them would have liked and Jake had learned how to avoid detection because of those psychotic lunatics. Their drug burned brains often being corrupted by childhood sexual abuse, and the necessity to provide for a meal whatever some monster required of them. He hated it then but what he had learned, came in handy now.
One thing he learned was to never have a partner, they only stole, lied and left a person holding the bag if they could. Another was to have few if any friends. Jake had one that he almost never saw; Bull Shit Benny. They were closer than brothers and probably, actually loved each other; they were that close. Benny had an amazing brain that he hated; he couldn’t forget anything. Once he knew something it was in his head for life. He called it his curse. Jake was a bit jealous but took Benny’s word that it made him much less than happy when things popped into his head all the way from when he was less than two years old. He could remember the fights his parents would have, word for word and that was something that sometimes made him, a grown man, cry. Jake had never had an actual relationship with a woman. That would be the end of his lifestyle and ability to move around the country. He had always avoided any possibility of that type of entanglement and only used women as required to attain his goals as a relationship would ruin him.
The caper Jake had planned involved a very pretty, reasonably young and quite affluent woman that was reputed to have millions in her home safe. Jake would enjoy this.

Reading of sublime ecstacy and utter enjoyment mixed with real world facts, locations and situations to expand the minds of all from teenagers to elders.
Thieves with integrity learning to love each other as friends and lovers with adventure and revenge as a common motivator.
Jake had always had a knack for talking with people; with people, around people, in front of people, it didn’t really matter, he just got along well and was a believable guy. That made it easy for him to gain the confidence necessary to weasel his way into their private lives and find out their deepest darkest secrets. Not that he actually wanted to know those things for his own personal knowledge but it was often necessary in order to find out how to steal their cash or their gold.
He dealt mostly with cash if he could as that was so much harder to track and for his victims to claim back. “Oh, no sir. This is my cash, I’ve been saving for years,” he’d said on more than one occasion and no one could prove otherwise. The LIves and Loves of the gods and their progeny set in a modern society with adventure and romance always in the background
In this novel, Zeus, Danaë, Persæus and Achilles have a close-knit relationship with many actors bringing problems, solutions and comedic relief into their intertwining lives. Persæus tames the demons in his soul that Zeus gives him as a possible blessing. They become his friends and mentors and at times, they give Zeus reason to shake his head at having given them life in his son, three persons in one. It is a journey of discovery and friendship that has no competition in the literary world and is unlike anything you have ever read before. It is fun, so romantic at a point toward the end, as to bring one to tears, adventurous and quite heroic in places and exceedingly thought provoking.
You’ll never read anything like it as it moves you from fighting for survival to loving everyone around you and appreciating the complex relationships some of us have in loving those around us. I challenge you to enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
A light hearted look at the life of the author growing up in a hundred acre wood and the demon child women in his life that made him what he is today.
Over the years I’ve often considered writing about my own life and times. I’ve even started writing once previously with the hope that someone might find my life and point of view interesting; or at least as interesting and adventurous as I have found it. But I quit because I encountered pursuits that fulfilled me and made my heart and mind sing. Dance being one of those things. I went into business and found myself forced by interminable circumstances to travel extensively which, surprisingly, allowed me great joy; that is where I was inspired to learn to dance. I met a woman, of course, and she was a dancer in a town near Phoenix, Arizona. Her personality was so joyous that she filled me with the desire to learn what she already knew. And then I learned to dance and as David danced naked before God, I found a relentless passion that freed my mind and soul to fly unfettered. And country music became my go to!
What would you do if the world suddenly became aware that th Earth is an alien farm for slave labor and human meat?
The space race had been a bust when humans made it to the moon. Man discovered for a fact that he was not alone in the universe and was given an ultimatum to never return to what he discovered was a hollow, derelict ship that had been parked in orbit around our planet. Our one natural satellite was, in fact, not natural but a sphere that was placed in orbit to reflect sunlight on the back of the planet to help keep temperatures in a range nominal for our survival. It also kept the oceans stirred for life to survive. It could never be mined for valuable resources as it was by nature of its existence the most valuable resource the Earth could need and nothing could change that. Even if we tried to mine the moon, we could only go so deep before we would compromise its structure and what we had found at the surface was not a valuable composition. Mars became the next logical choice and humans were given the green light by the original inhabitants, the Lizards.

About the author
Each time I write a new book, I can't help but think that it is the best thing I have ever written. I guess, and I hope, that is because I am getting better with each release. If I'm enjoying it, I can only hope that my readers are enjoying it just as much if not more!
I retired to the Philippines in March of 2020 and I have always enjoyed writing. Many of my friends have encouraged me to write of my life and times as I've had some crazy adventures. I wrote my auto biography as my first work. I had a blast doing it as it brought up so many memories and follies as well, I was able to include some honest heart wrenching decisions that I've had to make that explain who I am and why. It was not an easy journey and, in all honesty, my own sense of justice and right and wrong only exacerbated some situations.
But writing is something to which I can now devote time and effort and I have immensely enjoyed writing the tales on my author page. Most are filled with facts in spite of being works of fiction so they can be educational at the same time. I find the most intriguing thing for me to write is pure fiction whether that is science fiction, fantasy or fiction based in real life experiences it is still complete imagination.
The reader can become immersed in the life experiences of my characters because what they say and how they react is consistent with how the real personality might do so. It is easy to get lost in these tales as they weave a real life like scenario that could actually happen. Except for Persæus, the Werewolf-Nephilim-Greek God in Once Upon a Midnight Deity. He probably couldn't happen; but the book is pure fantasy based around facts in the real world and pure fun.
