The champagne gold and sparkling gold are more similar in color than it looks in the listing, but after carefully looking, I can tell the difference. I added a picture comparing the two without flash, champagne on left and gold on right. I really like having two shades of blue and pink each and the purple shade is gorgeous! The holographic effect of all of these strands are really something and do something to satisfy my sadness in the fact that there will never be holographic hair dye.
The difference between rainbow and colorful seems to be that one has all the colors and the other (presumably colorful) leans more blue/purple/gold/silver. It seems that the individual strands within the colorful and rainbow packs are a singular color so you’ll only get the colorful effect with multiple strands.
Between the beads and the hook tool, it seems the only additional tools you’ll need to complete this project is pliers to crimp the bead closed once the hair and tinsel is threaded through it! I’ll update this if I run into any issues while actually using the tinsel :)

Very pleased with how many strands you actually get, the beads are pretty big but it’s probably standard size. I may try using the crimp beads I have for jewelry making that are much smaller but I think the rubbery material inside these beads will hold the hair better.Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2021

Besides the messiness of installing the tinsel the (crotchet methed) into my wig. No black beads involved. It was easier adding a few strands into my wig with the hood they provided. Worked amazing with heat & held curls. I would buy again.

Theyre beautiful. Use common sense, dont apply insane heat bc they WILL melt. I put them in November of 2021 and im just now getting them replaced end of August 2022. Theyll last if you take care of them.
