I really needed some type of cardio machine pronto since my Schwinn elliptical machine rollers(rides on rails) were breaking apart and I'm an avid exercise enthusiast since at least 1992. Since Bowflex which I suppose owns Schwinn is going through chapter 11 and sale to another company, all sales, parts are on hold for now and I can't find rollers for my machine. Friday April 19, 2024 I searched on Amazon and saw this small compact stepper machine by Niceday Stepper. Great reviews, etc. I ordered through Amazon Prime that evening and says will be delivered next day 4/20 and sure enough by time I got home from part time job, around 12pm or so, it was on my front porch. It already comes assembled and love that it has work out bands you attach to front of the work out machine and shows all of the info you need, calories, time, steps, etc. I did 40 minutes straight while using the bands(burns even more calories) Let me tell you I SWEATED! I work out 7 days a week so it's part of my lifestyle, like brushing my teeth. I didn't know what I would do since I work out at home. Always have. And I can take this small stepper if I happen to have to travel out of town. Love it!

Wishing it targeted the gluts more, so I lean over a table while stepping on the machine to get better distribute the burn up through my butt/hips, and take some pressure off the knees. I jump on several times a day whenever I'm feeling sluggish and get my cardio done throughout the day.

It works and makes my muscles sore just after 300 reps.
My son likes to use it too. It is pretty quiet except for the click clack noise it makes when your heel comes down but it's not loud or a nuisance. Good tool for staying in motion on a rainy day. I find it difficult to use at my standing desk though as it throws my arms and eyes out of alignment with the current placement of my keyboard and screen as I cannot adjust those any further.

I find it fun to do when watching TV or during work webinars/training. But, unless I'm using the arm bands, I find it hard to get my heart rate above the fat burning zone.
Also, I'd like the resistance to be higher. I find it's good for the first 5 min, but then it softens up way too much. For reference, I'm 185lbs. Unless I do it in a squatted position, it doesn't tire out my legs.
