Customers are mixed about the quality of the bonding adhesive. Some mention that it dried clear and super strong, while others say that it falls apart after a bit and is like a harder rubber that is likely to come loose.
"...Of course it does not glue everything but it strong and durable for most broken items." Read more
"...To be honest it’s holding surprisingly well, so well that I know it’s not going to be failing on me...." Read more

Customers like the seal. They mention it provides a positive seal on the dual tubes of epoxy and hardner. The unique syringe has a re-sealable cap that prevents drying out. It works great and creates more of a seal than they would've got from good old-fashioned kraggle. It seals and opens on demand, and comes with a cap to close off the tip.
"...Cap seems to seal remaining product nicely. Used on stainless steel collander when bottom ring welds failed...." Read more
"...The replaceable cap does a really good job of sealing both reservoirs and preventing curing at the tips..." Read more

Customers have mixed opinions about the adhesion of the bonding adhesive. Some say that it provides a strong and lasting bond on surfaces, while others say that the adhesive runs or drips off the project, leaving little or none of an adhesive. The adhesive in this version is more liquid compared to the previous ones, and is hard to keep in place if applied immediately.
"...Months later, the bond is still tight. Our art gallery recommended it to us." Read more

Customers are mixed about the dryness of the bonding adhesives. Some mention that it dries perfectly clear, fast, and nearly invisible, while others say that it didn't even fully dry after 24 hours, takes forever to dry, and cements itself to the tube.
"...Clarity: Dries very clear, no issues whatsoever. The gray was making a mess on the white newels for my railing, but the clear is nearly invisible...." Read more
"...It does dry clear, as stated, but I'll have to grind the excess out before I do the final caulking on the shelves...." Read more

There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
Working time / setting time: I saw several reviews say this takes 10-15 minutes or more. I had the exact opposite experience. Mine became tacky and gummy so quickly (3-4 minutes) that I had to get my items glued with hustle. I worked in small batches using little paper cups after losing a relatively large first batch to the quick drying. It's dry where I live, so maybe humidity comes into play and could explain the large variance between reviewers. I'm not sure when my items were fully set, as I didn't want to test them too early and damage the initial bond.
Adhesion / strength: I glued steel into wood and steel into MDF, and both bonds are holding extremely strong. I had to remove one of the rods to fix some paint and it was quite difficult to get out - exactly what I was looking for. I initially used some classic gray JB Weld, which I think is potentially a bit stronger (just my objective feel, not sure if that's true), but I didn't want any gray to leak or show on my railing. The clear is holding plenty strong for my purposes. Don't expect JB Weld to replace real welding, however. It's still surface adhesion, so it has its limits. There are some great videos online showing you how strong this stuff really is when tested for torque, shear weight, etc.
Clarity: Dries very clear, no issues whatsoever. The gray was making a mess on the white newels for my railing, but the clear is nearly invisible. I can see tiny spots where I spilled if I look closely, and they're easy to chip off with a razor.
With that out of the way, I used this Epoxy to install a sphearical bearing into my Caliber 3 Raked, 50 degree, 158mm RPK longboard trucks.
The epoxy did cure enough after two days for me to use the truck but the epoxy did remain soft for about a week and a half. It then became part of the metal and you can no longer push a needle into it let alone make a dent with your finger nail.
To be honest it’s holding surprisingly well, so well that I know it’s not going to be failing on me. Like I said it’s now fused to the aluminum hanger on the truck. And it completely changed the way the skateboard pumps. I thought the 99a thane plugs I had in it were making it a soild pumper. But it’s literally as if I installed a precision truck.
So for anyone that wishes to use this for that purpose, it will do the job well. Just don’t pay any attention to what the packaging says. If you can let go of the expectations of it being fast curing, you will be happy with it. I have the trucks mounted to a Pantheon Supersonic with 85mm Speed Vents and man it’s like the ultimate setup. I actually prefer it over the Gbomb as it preforms just as well or better and it’s a little shorter and lighter. And you don’t have to worry about brackets or paying for precision trucks when you can just make you’re own. The reason I went with Caliber 3 Raked 158mm trucks is because they have more rake than Bear gen 6 and Paris v3 (Paris v3 for pumping he literally a joke anyway, they have more slop then Joe Bidens head and that is saying a lot.) and even with the Stock plug barrel bushings the caliber 3 raked trucks pump great but now it’s just unbelievably easy to pump, takes no effort at all. Just be sure you get the raked trucks otherwise you mine as well throw them in the garbage.
So I change this review from a 2 star to a 4 star. It would be a 5 star if they were honest about their products cure time.
