This was a great read. Funny and had great parenting tips! I was able to relate on so many levels. Thank you Stephanie for reminding me how important it is to build relationships and connections and that at the end of the day, we are all just human and are allowed to make mistakes. Thank you for sharing your story!

I throughly enjoyed this read. Dr. Stephanie J. Wong discusses her family, journey through academia, motherhood, and career. There is something for everyone to relate to in this book; I am not a psychologist, nor do I listen to BTS, but I can relate to what she's written about family values. It was also cool to read about her dedication and advocacy for mental health and how it brought her to be invited as a panelist along side of Karl Watson at the When The Music Stops Summit!

Dr. Wong describes such real experiences as a working mom and all the trials and tribulations that come with the territory. The whole book was thoroughly engaging and the stories brought to life the challenges and joys of raising a modern day family. A must read especially after a long day of dealing with the kids and perfect for winding down the night with some laughs.
