Jill is a Louisiana native who grew up along the banks of the Sabine River, nestled in the great pines of West Central Louisiana. As an accomplished Artist, Jill has enjoyed international sales and visibility. Jill experienced much success and growth through her former professional endeavors in serving military families, local radio talk show host, and art studio owner of Jillybean's Studio. Those experiences all influenced her motivation, style, and progression into the artist you see today. Professionally, Jill has accomplished many milestones and received civic much recognition for efforts, through her art and community enrichment projects. An avid traveler and lover all things "art" Jill is always packed for the next adventure on the road but home is still where the heart is. Jill still resides in her childhood country home on the Sabine River; where she was born and raised since 1979. Raising her two boys in the rich culture and family-oriented roots of Vernon Parish is something she is passionate about. That passion ultimately sparked her to write and illustrate Wesley The River Guardian. The book honors her community's way of life and it's people by sending out a positive message on being a good neighbor and community pride.
