It’s a little expensive but I like it and wanted it sooner. Overall, this is great to have.
Pros: OEM look, easy to install, no hanging wire.
Cons: Price on the high side, no screen, live video play back can be better, wire can be a little thinner.
Customer Service: Awesome! I didn’t notice the original Y-cable was interfering with my Adaptive Cruise Control, making the steering buttons unresponsive, until I got confirmed by uninstalling the dash cam. I later contacted the seller about the issue and their team was quickly acknowledged the issue and quickly arranged shipping another Y-cable. I received the Y-cable within the following week, installed everything back on and my ACC is back to normal. Great post sale service!

Installation:It was fairly easy to install. I got it done in about 20 minutes.Camera quality:The 4k recording quality is good. It suffers from glare day and night but the polarizing filters cuts sun, glass, and street light glare.Function:The camera app on Android is decent enough. It works and does what you need. Camera does seem to get very hot inside the plastic shroud that is behind the rear view mirror. There are other cameras and sensors in there for the cars safety and autonomous driving functions so there is a good bit of stuff to keep cool. There are a number of vent holes, hopefully it holds up in hot climates that are regularly over 100 degrees. Time will tell if this can hold up to extreme summer temperatures. Sim card is hot enough when removed to almost burn your skin.Turns on and off with the car so it has a good ease of use. It just works all the time you need it to.It does dip down a bit from the standard plastic housing to obscure a small bit of your view out the front window. I think I would rather go back to a standard mounting solution to get it up and out of the way more. If I did not have everything installed and working I would return this knowing what I do now. I would not buy this again despite the good overall result with installation and function.The mounting solution and wireless power is a unique and great product. It looks like it was included with the car. It does dip ever so slightly into prime windshield real estate but its not bad. I will be running two front facing cameras for redundancy, this is a solid choice for those who do not want wires that need to be routed around and behind things, and you do not use up one of your cars power outlets. USB ports have a finite life span and this is nice to not have a cord constantly plugged in to one of your ports taking bumps and damage over time.This costs a premium over other 4K options but most people will find the extra expense well worth it. Anyone given the chance to have a premium mounting and power supply solution for an extra $50 would do it with any camera.
