Wyatt is the new kid in school. At recess time he's not selected to play with the other kids. So, he sits and watches. What he sees is a lot of fighting and not a lot of fun playing games.

He decides to help stop the fighting by showing the other kids how to easily resolve the conflicts. Not only do the kids have fun but it changes recess for Wyatt, too.

Wife. Mother. Karate Instructor.

These are just a few of the labels that you could hang around my neck. In addition, I also co-own a successful graphic design & web design business with my husband. Oh yeah, and I'm an artist, photographer and dreamer.

So who am I? I hate bullies. I love the colour pink. I hate ice cream and love anchovies. I'm a mystery wrapped up in an enigma. I believe anything is possible.

Enough about me - let's talk about my work. Currently I'm shopping for an agent for a chapter book plus a novel sure to please those who like psychological thrillers. Currently I'm writing a non-fiction book about a martial arts legend as well as a new thriller.

Life's too short to slow down, you know.

So far, I've published a few books. Check them out:

Suburbia and Other Signposts Pointing West (a book of poetry)

Rock Paper Scissors (an illustrated book for children)

Brainiac Zac and the Mischievous Letters (An easy reader, for children)

Wendi's Wabi (a chapter book; 2nd/3rd grade reading level)

Hugs for Harley (an illustrated book for children)

Chicken Soup for the Soul - My Very Good Very Bad Dog (contributor)

Chicken Soup for the Soul - The Joy of Less (contributor)

Spark a Story: 101 Writing Prompts to Kindle Your Imagination

Cookie: A Love Story (contributor)
