Executive women represent one of the fastest growing segments in the Philippines and
the United States but little is known about their differences in values, leadership, and
culture. The purpose of this research is to find out if there are any differences or
similarities on their values, leadership, or cultural norms. The study used mixed
methodology with quantitative study using online survey and telephone interviews for the
qualitative methods. The data yielded mixed results. The conclusion suggests that both
executive women have similar core values and leadership styles and national culture
matters. An exploratory study on the common variables could provide a guide for hiring
managers as a tool for their training for success for all their potential women business
leaders.
