I am 64 and recently retired from 20 plus years of drug research with lots of travel. I feel like I am always at least a little stressed out and find it hard to fall asleep. While this did not put me to sleep, it made me feel more relaxed than I have in many years. There are no side effects the following morning, just a feeling of being relaxed. I highly recommend these.
