I love these baking cups! The scalloped edges really set them apart from others. The bottom of the cups are flat and have a cardboard bottom. Kind of reminds me of ice cream cups. The sides seem to be slightly coated in wax. I have so many ideas for these cups other than baking! You can fill them with anything and give them as gifts. I even made rope handles and glued them on. So cute! I haven't baked in them yet. But I look forward to doing so. So far all I have done is craft with them. They are super cute and you get lots of them!

I'd never ordered anything like these before, and love making cupcakes - but I think presentation is so important so I wanted to try these. They're awesome! Super thick, super classy, and cupcakes look AWESOME in them! The price is really great and I recommend them to anyone considering them. You won't be disappointed!

These dessert baking cups look great and with a sturdy bottom so they stand up without the need for a muffin pan. Sadly, the two muffin and tea cake recipes I used with them contained butter/oil which made the cups stained and greasy to handle, and quite visibly displeasing. While the baking cups did not 'leak', a few of them did 'split' at the seams. Not anything you would feel good about putting out for display.
I think these would be better served with non-baked, non-oil/butter based desserts - I will try that next with the those I have left.
Update 4/5/22: I did use these for cold mini 'no-bake' cheesecakes with lemon curd. They stood up well, with no splitting or leaking. Stood the test for non-oil/butter, non-baking desserts. Just not good for oil/butter based baking items.
