I have plenty of experience working with the homeless population in my area and a long history working with individuals in addiction recovery. Phil gives practical advice and strategies for dealing with these issues we are more frequently having to deal with. I would recommend this book for anyone who is living and traveling anywhere.

I'm a TED Global speaker on homelessness and have lived and worked among the homeless and can honestly say, Phil NAILS it about how to act and respond to the homeless. Yes, there are good homeless with a good story, but there are far more who are likely to abuse your good intentions. Great read and worth the time and money to read.
