Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour

Bob's Red Mill has created a special 1-to-1 blend of gluten free flours, starches and xanthan gum, making it easy to transform traditional cookies, cakes, brownies, muffins and pancakes into gluten free treats. This flour is designed for quick breads and not recommended for use in yeast recipes. If you are looking to bake yeast breads or cinnamon rolls, our Gluten Free All Purpose Flour will do the trick!

Butterscotch blondies

Gluten Free Butterscotch Blondies Recipe

Makes 16 brownies. Prep time 15 minutes; cook time 25-28 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a light-bottomed saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Wait for it to bubble, crackle and foam. It will quickly darken in color and become fragrant. Immediately pour into a heat-safe bowl and let cool for 5 minutes.

Into the butter, add the sugars and whisk until mostly dissolved. Add both eggs and continue to whisk until mixture is shiny and viscous. Don’t skip this step! It’s what will give the blondies their shiny, crackly top.

In a separate bowl, stir together both flours, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture along with the butterscotch chips, rolled oats and chopped pecans. Stir until combined. Mixture will be thick.

Evenly spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25–28 minutes until top is golden and the sides just begin to pull away from the pan. While warm, top generously with flaky sea salt if using. Let cool completely before slicing.

Finally a GF flour to make rotis and parathas!!
5 Stars!! I have been looking for GF flour for nearly 2 years so that I can make Indian style breads, and I have tried several with less than satisfactory results. I got Bob's Red Mill after reading reviews but decided to get a small pack to first try it out. AND the results were amazing!! Not only was I able to knead the dough with regular water, I was able to roll it out without much trouble. I also made stuffed potato parathas and I was able to make it in the pan without it breaking apart. In fact it puffed up and got cooked on both sides really well. Best of all the taste was amazing as well!! Loved it! So happy I found something for myself since I have been on a GF diet for the past 2 years due to health reasons and I have been missing the chapatis and parathas most of all. Highly recommended!! 👍 👍

Gluten Free cooking flour can always be hit and miss, especially for one-to-one recipes. So far, this flour has held up and was really effective at helping me make delicious pancakes and cookies and the taste is pretty good. I look forward to using it in other recipes.

This is a good all-purpose GF flour that works well for making muffins, quick breads, pancakes and waffles. Don't expect to use it to make sandwich bread or pizzas without some significant modifications to your recipes.

Most versatile gf flour I have ever used. I convert my own family recipes to gf with great results. My husband has celiac and I have taken gf desserts to events and always get rave reviews from guests who do not have a clue they are gf. Great value especially if you order in bulk. Thanks to Bob’s for making this great product!

いつもi Herbで買っていましたが、i Herbの2倍の価格は高すぎます! そして、この日本代理店が出来てI Herbでは買えなくなりました。私はアパレル業界に長年いますが、普通卸値は60〜70%です。そう考えると酷過ぎます!
小麦粉代用のグルテンフリー商品の中でもいくつかの粉を混ぜてかなり小麦粉に近いこの商品はとても気に入っています。
独占はやめてほしいです。
