I like the fact that these are in capsule form because they are easier for me to swallow than tablets. Unfortunately, some of the capsules come apart (open) in the bottle which results in a lot of calcium citrate powder that coats the inner surface of the bottle and the outer surface of all the remaining capsules. This is the second time I have bought this item and both times it's been a powdery mess. I will keep them and use them, but may search for another brand next time.
UPDATE 4/25/2024: The folks at Healthway have demonstrated excellent customer service after seeing my review and my problem. They provided a refund and encouraged me to give them another chance. Good customer service and taking ownership of a problem are both rare and admirable these days, so I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. And I will be giving them another chance when it's time to reorder my calcium citrate. Thank you Healthway! 😊

Some Capsules Are Opened (Powdery Mess)
