As a former US Air Force Officer and Combat Pilot I can say Inception Mindset hits on all levels of engagement--Strategic, Operational, and Tactical (Execution). It is equal parts theory and implementation--the "why" and the "how"--and it is for serious students of leadership, innovation, and value creation.

Dr. Radi's Inception Mindset addresses the foremost problem--and opportunity--of our time--Innovation. He takes us on a journey through three "horizons". The first horizon helps us understand the nature of the complexity we all struggle with every day; the second, our sense of self, self-authoring, and how we individually operate as leaders in complexity; and the third horizon, Entrusted Empowerment, enables the organization to operate and excel in complexity.
