This solves a few problems common to almost every backpacking inflatable sleeping pad.
I just bought 3 of these sheets, one each for my summer 30 deg F bag, my shoulder season 15 def F bag, and my winter 0 deg F bag. The summer bag has the green non-insulated sheet the other two have the insulated version.I just recently found out about this sheet and my first response was "why would anyone need that". Then I started thinking about it. I have three Klymit Static V insulated pads. I keep one in each of my bag's storage sacks along with the sleeping bag, a Klymit Pillow-X Large, a Cocoon microfiber bag liner, and a compression sack for the bag. That way, I can just grab any given storage sack and go without worrying about rounding up all the pieces or worrying about forgetting something. So the Static V pads are pretty good for comfort. And they aren't that noisy. Not enough to wake me up anyway unlike some other ultralight pads that sound like you're sleeping on a potato chip bag. But I have found a four things that either bug me or could use some enhancement.1.) I use a Klymit Pillow-X Large the combination of the pillow and the Static V pad make keeping the pillow in place for more than 15 minutes almost impossible. So my solution and been to put the pillow inside the hood of my sleeping bag. That works but it's not ideal.2.) The Static V pad and the nylon of my sleeping bag likewise make it hard to stay on the pad for a full night. I've had no solution for that up to this point.3.) If it's warm out I sleep on the pad and leave the bag unzipped to use as a quilt. The pad doesn't feel bad but its air proof / waterproof nature means it can get sweaty / icky.4.) The insulated Static V has an R rating of 4.4. That's generally a good 3 season option for me here in New England. But I thought the sheet would make a nice addition for winters and single digit temps by adding an R value of 2 for a total 6.4 rating. So how does this insulated sheet work?1.) It nails the pillow issue. The pillow will stay in place all night and it won't be inside my bag. Much more comfortable.2.) It nails the slippery nylon / on nylon problem. There is plenty of friction to keep you on the pad.3.) The sheet feels much better than nylon against your skin. It's like a microfiber bed sheet at home.4.) The added R rating is an open question. I haven't had it out in single digit temps yet.Downsides? I've found one. The sheet fits tight enough that it scrunches up the pad enough to lose about 3-4 inches of length. I'm exactly 6'0" tall so the pad ordinarily is just long enough for me. With the sheet on my feet hang off by about 4".How hard is it to put the sheet on? Not bad at all. The fit is good if a little tight and the strap in the center seems to keep it in place well. The pad may pull up at first from the tight fit but lay on it for a couple of minutes and everything flattens out pretty well. What about the weight? Klymit is ummm.....optimistic about the weight of their product. The stuff bag says 243 grams. I measured it with a scale accurate to 1 gram and what I found with both of my quilted sheets is that the sheet by itself weighs 296 grams while the sheet and stuff sack weigh 314 grams. That's a claimed 8.6 oz vs a measured 11.1 oz., about a 2.5 oz error or 29%. Not the end of the world but not honest either. The pictures below.....1.) The sheet in its stuff sack on the scale.2.) The sheet alone on the scale.3.) The sheet on a Klymit Static V pad4.) A tape measure showing the loos of length from the sheet compressing the pad.5.) The sheet on the pad with the Klymit Pillow-X Large inserted in the pillow pocket.6.) The Static V, Quilted Sheet, and Pillow-X Large next to each other.7.) Everything tossed in the sleeping bag storage sack and ready to go on the next adventure.8.) To me, yes. The pillow pocket and the added friction are worth their weight in gold for keeping everything together all night and allowing me to sleep. An additional 11 oz doesn't seem bad if you can get a solid 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. And the sheet + bag liner may allow you to ditch the sleeping bag in warm weather.EDIT 12/22/2017: After playing around with this sheet as part of my sleep system for a while, I'd like to offer two suggestions for better comfort.1.) A smaller pillow may be better than a larger one in this pillow pocket. I have the Pillow X Large. In the photos it was blown up all the way. That really filled the pillow pocket too much. The regular size Pillow X may be the better choice in this pillow pocket.2.) Alternately, if you already own the Pillow X Large like me, I'd experiment with letting some air out until you find a compromise between fit in the pillow pocket and sleep comfort. Also having the pillow fully inflated exacerbates the problem with using the full length of the pad. A flatter pillow that fits in the pocket better will allow you to scoot up a couple more inches on the pad.Hope this info helps you make a decision.

5.0 out of 5 stars Durable, comfortable, built-in pillow pouch and dual-button fastening snaps keeps the sheet in place all night.
Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2017
I purchased this Klymit V-sheet to go with my new Insulated Ultralite SL pad. The sheet was made to fit the Static V, V2, and Insulated V specifically but the dimensions of my pad were a little bit smaller so I figured I would give it a try. It does not fit perfectly but it does the trick and there is nothing else on the market that does a better job that I have found.

The sheet fits very well and certainly adds an extra level of comfort that is always welcome when sleeping outdoors.

Main Benefits:
- On warm nights this sheet makes it very comfortable to sleep with a fitted sheet and a simple blanket. If you are sleeping with a sleeping bag and will not be touching the pad directly the sheet is not as necessary. The benefit though would be the pad is less slippery so you will stay put easier.
- There is a convenient fill valve opening that allows the valve to stick out of the sheet in the top corner.
- Built-in pillow pouch holds your Klymit pillow in place. I have the rectangular Luxe pillow which fits perfectly. The listing says the Pillow X and Pillow X Large are great fits as well but I prefer the Luxe.
- Edges of the sheet go over the pad and secure nicely in the back with dual snaps to keep the sheet in place.
- Not advertised but when moving around I simply left the sheet on the pad and just rolled up the pad and sheet together in one which was pretty convenient.
- Machine washable for easy cleaning and care.

Cons:
While the sheet does stay put I think they could have made the sheet just a hair bigger and it would have fit better. Rather than that I have no complaints, there is nothing else on the market like this and anything that makes my hiking or camping experience better is well worth the money.

I have a bad back and camping was always unobtainable until a friend introduced me to the Klymit brand. Anything that can tip the scales to make the sleeping experience better while camping is worth every cent in my opinion.
