Love this protable humidor. I did like I do with my main ones and seasoned it first. When dealing with wood it’s important before a cigar touches it that it is seasoned.

Overall it seals up nicely and holds the humidity. The quality of the product is very good. One of my friends was very impressed with it when I went over to deliver some cigars.

Only down fall it has is the side that has the sponge, you can only fit smaller cigars. I quickly figured out the entire enclosure for the sponge is removable. I took that out and put a thin pack that designed to keep certain humidity levels instead. Freed up the room and works better in keeping the moister.

The product looks good, however there are some things I noticed over time. First of all because it is a zipper case I noticed it doesn’t hold in humidity as well as some hard cases with rubber seals I’ve used in the past. The little humidifier that came inside fell apart very quickly. Granted, this isn’t meant to hold cigars in for a long time I find it struggles to hold the right humidity for more than 2 days with the provided humidifier, so you may need to resort to gel packs. I typically use this to store cigars in for a weekend at most so it works well and looks good for my intended purpose. I wouldn’t use this case to store any cigars longer than a week.

I can’t believe this was only $35. This is definitely real cedar wood! The case is sturdy and certainly not flimsy at all. The zipper feels solid and so does the Velcro strap enclosures.
