Needed this to do a pressure test on a fuel pump and the connection is for the fuel rail schrader valve. Worked as intended. there is a pin in this fitting that presses the schrader valve to release pressure.. worked great..

The center pin is so short that I don't know how it could possibly work for anyone. It doesn't extend past the gasket even when tightened on the schrader test port. In fact, with the gasket removed it is apparent that it doesn't even extend past the brass flange. How can that work?
