    Love D.M. Hawkins writing style - really critical topics written with ease, humor and clearly from a position of expertise. The principles of pragmatic leadership outlined here are timely to our changing professional landscape - and as noted within common sense (that is truly uncommon these days). Cats walking across keyboards, finding the mute button and PJ’s as the new work casual - who hasn’t experienced this. But nonetheless leadership can and should adapt and embody these principles - your workforce will show you what they are capable of if given Pragmatic Leadership! GSD!
