Product Description

The TheraICE Cold Flexible Wrist Ice Pack provides 360° hand coverage for ease of movement. The slip-on design means no messy or uncomfortable ice packs, inserts, velcro or awkward straps.

Cold Therapy: Place in freezer bag and put in freezer for at least two hours.
Heat Therapy: Remove from any plastic bags. Be sure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds; if more heat is needed microwave in 5 second increments.
Apply: Gently pull onto your hand and keep in place for approximately 15 minutes.
Wash: Hand wash with damp towel. Do not submerge in water. Air dry, do not machine wash.
CAUTION: If gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away and do not apply to skin.

Indications

The wrist sleeve is intended to provided soothing cold or hot therapy for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains and to promote relaxation.

Directions

Keep the product in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the product from the freezer and test its temperature. If its too cold to comfortably place on the area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area.

I previously purchased small/medium because the description said that fits most women. I have a very small hand. And it was uncomfortable I had to cut the seams and sew them lower because it was extremely painful around the thumb. It was way too tight and very hard to get on and off. I then purchased the large and it fits my small hand perfectly. The opening is still a little tight around the thumb and I will be modifying that to be a little bit wider as well. But it's extremely comfortable the gel is comfortable but supportive I do recommend but American hands sizes are such that a small hand like mine, I can wear stretchy kid gloves so I would recommend not getting a small unless it's for a child a small child.
