Poorly made- came apart after two uses

Poorly made- came apart after two uses
Imagine my surprise when I tried to remove my thermometer from my loose- not hard- soil and the bottom was still in the soil but the top came off.The manufacturer customer service is also a joke- they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. This is the second time a lusterleaf product has failed terribly.
