    I've been using this adapter at a volunteers' conference this week to play music during breaks and activities. It is the easiest and best way to connect my phone to the sound system since Samsung switched to a USB C connector for sound (there have been some really creative Rube Goldberg methods). It was a simple as plugging in the USB C connector to my phone and the 1/4" plug into the mixing board - that's it. The plugs fit snugly, but did not require force, and produced clean sound - no crackling or static. This was a great choice to enhance my "Go Bag" for conferences.

    I use a few different tablets/phones in my studio setup and this does a great job of allowing me to hook them up to mixers, synthesizers, fx, etc, and to record directly from them. The cable is sturdy and I'd expect it to last a while. The sound quality is as good as whatever its hooked up to.

    It's a basic item thats made for a specific purpose and it performs well.
