Overall, this book was VERY well written for someone who's looking to get into or just got into commercial real estate investing. Although most of his advice is specifically geared toward self-storage facilities and mobile home parks, Most of the principles and lessons he shares can apply to pretty much any commercial investing endeavor.

He clearly explains his thought processes in an easy-to-understand manner for newer investors who don't necessarily know all the lingo and verbiage of the industry. The personal experiences he shares (especially from his early investing days) make him relatable to the average Joe like myself. The book definitely was not a difficult read where I had to go back and re-read page after page to try and understand what he was trying to convey.

He gives LOTS of resources that he uses in his business, which was something I was worried about. I wasn't sure if I'd still feel lost and not knowing where to start. That wasn't the case. He gives links to websites and recommendations for other resources to get deeper into the processes as well.

Overall, definitely recommend this book for anyone thinking that they want to jump into the commercial investing game, specifically self-storage facilities and mobile home parks. You'll walk away feeling like you've exponentially expanded your knowledge and direction.
