A cookbook you’ll keep going back to!
This book has so many delicious, easy to make recipes! I have several cookbooks on my shelf. This is the one I use the most.What I love about this author is her recipes don’t sacrifice taste for healthier ingredients. The desserts are insanely good as are the smoothies. My favorites are the Chocolate Molten Mug Cake and Vanilla Raspberry Smoothie. And she includes snack ideas and recipes (my love language lol) which you typically don’t see in cookbooks.A lot of times I get stuck in a rut making the same meals, I use this book for inspiration to try new flavors and combinations I wouldn’t have thought of my own. If you want a way to eat healthier or you’re looking to get out of a food rut, look no further! This book is for you. Highly recommend!

    I love this book so much. The recipes are delicious and satisfying yet accessible and easy for anyone to make. Whether your following Renata's incredible meal plan for the full 30 days, or dipping in and out for lovely meal recommendations, I cannot recommend this book enough.

    So, after moving to California from Texas and trading in my Army enlistment for an IT office job. I found that i was gaining weight at an alarming rate. The same was happening to my girl, her moving from warehouse work to an office job herself. We fell into a circular pattern, no energy to think of and cook meals, get fast food, leading to less energy, and more fast food and weight gain. That is when I heard of this book.

    This book being a 30 day plan complete with a shopping list and easy to follow recipe made it easy for both of us to prep. Working together we got to dieting. When I was busy with work or school the GF would take over and make that times awesomely delicious meal, and when she felt like she was drowning in life, i would pull her back above water starting with that meal and some pampering.

    Results were noticeable after the first week. We could feel better, skin was clearing up, and i no longer craved a greasy cheeseburger for lunch. We were losing weight to the point of jealousy of her sisters, lets say a bunch of cakes and cheesecakes just suddenly started getting left with the excuse of "we are full you should finish them". All and all we lost a combined 60 pounds. Feel better about ourselves, have more energy, and feel like we can take on the world.

    10/10 would recommend.

    This cookbook is awesome! Organized so well, with all the grocery lists even! Everything I have made tates amazing and even my picky teenagers love them! I’ve got all of their favorite recipes marked so I never run out of dinner ideas. Every recipe is easy, fast, and delicious. All my favorite things.

    This book is so awesome! It simplifies recipes for clean eating! It comes in like weekly sections and it has a shopping list to prepare which I love because I feel lost if I’m missing an ingredient. Lots of variety not just chicken and veggies lol

    I love this cookbook. It’s my go to when deciding what I’ll be meal prepping for the week. I was excited to see some of my favorite go to snacks that I can make myself at home. Overall, the recipes are refreshing and filling. Highly recommend!

    "Nourish your body" has my favourite snack recipe!

    Renata's protein balls are so delicious, healthy and satisfying.

    And the book is full of recipes that make you want to eat colourful, nurturing food.

    I love that there are lots of vegetarian options too.

    This is such a great book. Beautifully laid out, great recipes using easy to come by ingredients, great pictures and easy to follow weekly meal plans.

    PS. The protein balls are simply divine
