After some research regarding my refrigerator problem (the freezer fan was constantly running), I decided to replace the Refrigerator Bimetal Defrost Thermostat. Although I wasn't 100% sure this would fix the problem, the repair time and part investment were minor, and it actually solved the problem. So, instead of an expensive appliance repair technician and the sales talk for a new refrigerator, this Refrigerator Bimetal Defrost Thermostat solved my refrigerator problem for <$11.
