I heard about this product from a blogger that is on a health journey. I have been using LMNT for about 6 weeks and love how much better I feel… truly. All of my life I was the kid that got sick easily and had to sleep 10 hours a night. For years I have felt kind of groggy and not 100%. Two years ago I started eating a daily banana and felt pretty darn good, leading me to believe that I probably had a potassium deficiency. So I decided to see if this product could also help up my energy level.
In short, I feel so much better on most days. I like that I can mix my flavors as I have quite a sweet tooth that I know contributes to my lethargy. I mix the citrus with the watermelon in a glass of ice and water and sip on several glasses all day long. I mix it up fairly weak as I probably drink 4 or 5 glasses a day. I kind of experimented with how I felt after a few weeks and this seems to work for me. In between glasses I also drink more plain water. To me this tastes a bit like Crystal Light, but better. I really like the tiniest bit of salty flavor along with a kick of sweet.
Not only do I feel better, I also am sleeping less, and have had a dramatic decrease in cravings for sweet and salty foods that are not good for me. I still occasionally eat junk food but I dont think about it all the time.
People ask all the time if it tastes salty. Yes, but in a good way. Like if I make homemade vanilla frosting and add a pinch of salt to it, you taste the sweet first but then there is a tiny amount of salt that cuts the sweet flavor. I find it delicious. I no longer drink Coke or LaCroix as my ‘I have to have something’ fix. You get to control the strength of flavor and this pack is a good way to try out which flavor suits you. The watermelon is way too sweet for me but when I mix it with the citrus or the grapefruit it is a drink I love.
The powder is super fine and mixes quickly with water. I find it delicious with very cold water and ice. Easy to pack for a week away and cost wise it replaces a lot of my bad habit food and drink. After using this for weeks my brain fog is cut dramatically and I feel very hydrated.

Really Amazing Sample Set!
Had not tried LMNT before, but looking to add electrolytes to my morning routine... without the sugar!These guys nailed the flavors... well most of them. There were 2 I didnt care for, but that is why I bought the sample pack! I wont mention the ones I didnt like, simply because it is a personal taste thing, and doesnt reflect on the product at all. Well ok, the plain one was one of the flavors I didnt care for so much, because it wasnt flavored, lol. 😉Part of why I tried these guys is because I am boycotting Gatorade, and I grew up on Gatorade (and the Florida Gators, whom it was created for!) Gatorade NOW uses GMO sugar in its products, and while the sugar itself is safe enough, the toxic glyphosate in ready round up they spray on the plants, which is carcenogenic in ppt (parts per TRILLION) vs the normal toxic measure of ppb (parts per BILLION), are just poisoning the earth. Forget global warming... the toxins we are dumping are killing humanity WAAAY faster. And glyphosate (Ready Round Up) persists in the environment for much longer than they claim. Do your research! Glyphostae has been found in human breast milk on every continent, and in the blood of everyone in Parlament in the UK. And they are dumping more every year. Shame!Support LMNT! They make an amazing product that is clean! The citrus and watermelon flavors knocked my socks off! It seems weird to start my day with electrolytes instead of coffee first thing, but that is what Huberman does, based on science. Like peer-reviewed studies science, not "I am science" nonsense.There are other companies that make salty drinks, but these flavors really wowed me, and Im not even very interested in trying others, which is very unusual for me. Make up your own mind though!This pack is a great chance to sample them all before you commit to a full box of one flavor.
