This is the book I wish I had from the very beginning. Baskar is an eloquent writer and a genius career strategist. His writing is not based on theory but his actual experiences and what helped him craft such a fulfilling career. The stories he shares are situations we see in the working world everyday.
The thing I appreciated the most were the frameworks he’s crafted. His approach to career mobility and career roadmap development are hands down some of the most eye opening pieces of advice I’ve seen.
Whether you’re just starting your career or well on your way, this is the de facto book to devise the career of your dreams. If you’re a highly motivated individual looking to take your career to the next level, purchasing this book is a no-brainer.
