She and her husband, Pierre-Richard, co-founded Hope House, the children’s home they established in the aftermath of Haiti’s 2010 catastrophic earthquake. She started a Children's home and free school following the earthquake which has been grown to serve over 600 children. Yverose has been a powerful presence in Haiti and her willingness to serve others and God is well known.

This book follows her life up to the time of the Earthquake.
