this is a must have if youre a cpap user. while using, it keeps the tube from getting in your way. having the holder above keep the tube from draggin down the side. when not using the machine, i hang the head gear over the arm and it free hangs down. easy way to keep it dry. the arm is very strong and the mount point "pinches" the headboard with a threaded sleeve you screw down and does not move at all.

This is far the best purchase to help with CPAP therapy. Outside of pillows, covers etc. This is a must-have. Since I got it I have not pulled my mask off even once or pulled the hose out of socket. I toss and turn a lot but no longer does the hose get stuck under the pillow or my arm or a mattress. It's always above me and I know it won't wrap around my neck again. It's a game-changer I mean it. I'm sure there are many other similar devices out there and they work the same. I'm talking about the product in general and since this is one I got thus my review.
