This patented product is entirely manufactured in Canada! It will prevent any breakage or charging problems caused by severe winter weather conditions! Made from high grade canvas, and not from thin fabric that will tear after a few wind gusts, it will remain in excellent condition for a long period of time (product has been tested in extreme conditions and maintains original quality)! To avoid snow and ice accumulation, a strip of industrial quality “hook and loop” gripping material, « velcro » like, completely protects the access to the electrical cable. A great product and a nice look combined together for their practicality and esthetics. Our eco-responsable philosophy is to make durable and good quality products to avoid over-consuming. The Ecosolaris ECO-DOME fits most electrical EV car and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) vehicles, but not the ones made of aluminium, plastic or polymer side panels because the magnets won’t work on these.

Overall a good product. Easy to set up and folds flat for storage. Made of thick vinyl. I used it in the Ontario winter and it kept snow and rain off the charger and port. Easily works for a 2020+ Ford Escape plug in. I made a small modification and covered the inside three of 5 magnets with felt chair stickies, that I adhered with contact cement so that I could gently position the magnets without sliding them on the paint job. The five magnets held up really well, even in winter wind storms. I also like the colour. I’m glad it’s not black.

Fits my model 3 perfectly, first snowfall this winter I was not impressed picking the ice out of the charge flap was annoying to say the least, I was recommended the XL and you will need it for the model 3, magnets are VERY strong, and the material feels premium, I stuck mine above the charge port and a bit on the trunk and it fits as intended, cover was icy but the charge port was dry.
