I have been taking one pill every night for two weeks and now my daughter is taking one a night as well.I haven't slept this good in years. So happy to have started these and I feel better, less pain! My faughter said she hasn't felt as anxious and has more energy. That I was not expecting her to say. That was on her own without prompting.Yes. This seems to work and it is third party tested and is a complex of magnesium.Highly recommend.

    My Magnesium Complex arrived well packaged and quick, good seller! This Magnesium has 3 types which many of us NEED. I am always Magnesium deficient due to an AutoImmune dz. so I need a multiple Magnesium product like Magtein offers with Magnesium Complex which includes L-Threonate, Glycinate, and Malate all forms of Magnesium our bodies need. If I miss this supplement I have horrible charley horse pain in my legs and feet, not good! Also, if you're not aware supplements, vitamins and ANYTHING OTC are made for people who weigh 150lbs or more, I do not so I take less b/c I weigh 110lbs I take 1 in the am & 1 with dinner and it's perfect.
    As a holistic RN I recommend this Magnesium Complex!
