MAKE IT

Step 1: Place ice cream, milk, coffee and dulce de leche in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately garnished with ground cinnamon.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425° F. Step 2: Mix eggs in a large bowl with a whisk. Then stir in sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, evaporated milk, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves. Pour into pie shell. Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.

Mine arrived with a broken lid. Unfortunately the lid won't close now, but I store it in my fridge upside down so the weight keeps it closed and that works. The taste is great and it's very easy to use even after its refrigerated.

    Store it upside down as this stuff is very thick and getting it out of the squeeze bottle is loads easier if you do that.
