Dalena Watson, LPC, FAMI, MT-BC, EMDR Clinician, has dedicated over 30 years to the mental health field, guiding individuals of all ages to release their past traumas and embrace their authentic selves for a more fulfilling life.
She has received specialized training in the Bonny Method of GIM, advanced depth music psychotherapy, as well as the art therapy assessment Mandala Research Instrument (MARI). Additionally, she has studied energy medicine and Reiki.
Dalena has worked in and outpatient in general mental health and forensic settings. She has been in private practice since 2000. In addition to doing counseling and psychotherapy with groups and individuals, Dalena has supervised music therapy students at Arizona State University and guest lectured on various topics. She has developed and taught a hypnotherapy class at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) and created and taught five courses for Argosy University's master of forensic psychology program. Dalena has also lectured and provided continuing education at the world, national, and local levels, offering workshops and self-help tools accessible to everyone.
