Ive ordered before and like this product for when I have possibly ate anything with gluten in it as I am intolerant. However this glass bottle was broken on arrival. It wasn't placed in a small box to stop this from happening. So 3 stars because of poor packaging.

I found it super hard to break open the capsule to remove the charcoal from inside, so I cut it with a scissors and the charcoal went flying all over the kitchen. I used these capsules for teeth whitening purposes. You take a capsule and snap it in half then use the insides on your toothbrush or finger to scrub your teeth for a few minutes and swish it around your mouth. Sh*t is so messy but it works. I had pearly whites when I was done. Made me look like a zombie with foamy black mouth temporarily but it was worth it. Also, didnt taste like anything at all so that's a plus. Only thing I would say is apparently you have to be super careful not to swallow too much or any at all because apparently it will mess with your stomach.
