USA Pans are my go too when purchasing bakeware. They are absolutely awesome. No cooking sprays needed. Nothing sticks to then, they bake beautifully. I needed a large sheet cake pan to bake a custom cake order for 50 plus folks and this USA pan was perfect. The sheet base for my cake baked evenly and level. They are very sturdy and clean up is SO EASY, just wipe with a damp cloth, dry and store.

WORKS BEAUTIFULLY
I LOVE this pan!! I have other smooth sheet pans that I alway line with foul or parchment when I bake bacon.This is SO much better! At minimum, the bacon doesn’t stick, is really easy to turn or remove from the pan and to drain fat so I bake more bacon.I haven’t tried cookies or sheet pan meals yet, but those little ridges make all the difference. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. this pan!!
