Heat for my cold toes
This little space heater cranks up the temperature quickly and quietly. Two heat settings plus fan-only. Tip over protection. Small and light weight. And a price that's easy on the budget.I've been waiting for some cooler weather to really give this little guy a test. It's been too darn hot this summer to think about space heaters. But the last couple of days have cooled off enough to test this heater under my desk, and it does a fine job of keeping my toes warm. The high setting creates heat you can feel directly from more than five feet away. The lower setting dials that back a foot or so, but it still warms up my small desk area with no trouble at all.And it's quiet. I can barely hear it even when I'm sitting right next to it.The thermostat lets you set a comfortable temperature and then forget it, and the tip over protection turns the unit off if I get clumsy or the cat gets too curious.It's light, so moving it around to various places in the house is easy.This little guy will get a lot of work this winter when I'm trying to hold my gas bill down.
