Quality I would say is good. Instructions was easy to follow however when I tighten up the screw the end broke off idk if it’s supposed to do that maybe I tightened it to tight. Anyways you can still loosen it and make it tighter without it so I guess it works. The overall fit was not perfect. I tried an adjustment but it still went back more to one side making it look a bit off. Hopefully your experience is better than mines good luck all!

I tend to do a lot of research before I buy anything online and this is the seat I chose. So far I am very happy with it - I have had it just less than 1 week. It may cost a little more than others - but well worth it for the quality.

It looks clean and elegant - it has definitely elevated the look of my current commode!

The installation instructions included were perfect - no mistakes - very clear diagrams and proper English in the directions. I had the seat easily installed in a jiffy. I did not have to watch a Youtube video.

All parts were included, the slow close is just that, and the shipping time was quite quick. I would definitely buy this classy seat again!
