    Really fun quadcopter!
    I love collecting little drones, and this one is a great addition to the collection!The battery life is quite respectable, and the set comes with two batteries to use (which is a great feature). They charge up quickly in perhaps an hour or so off a regular USB block in the outlet, and they tend to last about 10-12 minutes per charge.The drone itself is nicely made, quite sturdy, and tough enough to take a few hits as you adjust to its flight characteristics. I've fired it off the ground a few times now and there's no indication of cracking or breakage on the frame. The legs fold inward for easy transport, and the blade protectors are easy to remove or install depending on your preference. The set also came with a few spare parts just in case.The remote functions are rather standardized, and feature a few fun functions such as the backflip/forward flip. The directional buttons all work as advertised, and I find they provide nice tactile feedback to help assure that the button you're pushing is actually being activated.Fairly enough, it's not that fast, even in the highest of 3 flight modes. I've had it out on the beach in a light breeze of about 8-10 mph or so, and it struggled to keep itself moving against the headwind. This is simply a function of its design, though, and - since then - I'll simply break it out when the wind isn't whipping up.The camera and WiFi connectivity is another story, unfortunately...I haven't had any great success in getting the device to pair with my phone and actually work. This is the only way to utilize the onboard camera, so - for now - I've foregone using that function and stuck to the remote.Ultimately, this is a fun little quadcopter with plenty of useful features that make it fun to fly both for the beginner or the advanced aviator. It'd be nice to have a better solution for the camera, but that doesn't ruin its fun. I'd say if they fix the connectivity with this issue, this is a 5-star toy!

    I thought it would be a bit bigger, but otherwise from that it is an awesome drone. For something that size, it handles the air pretty well. My son learned to use the remote in a few miuntes. It does take a while to learn to flly the drone, but it is very balanced and the instructions are very good and easy to understand. Plus the app comes with videos that can teach you how to fly the drone. I think everyone should be aware though that without the app on a device, you cannot use the camera on the drone. And when you connect the drone's wifi to your device, it shuts off your regular wifi. It's good for money. Pretty sturdy too. My son loves it.

    Nice little starter drone. It is fast and even does tricks! The camera is decent but it is fixed, you have to manually adjust the angle in which it is looking. It has auto take off and landing which is nice with several speed settings so you can limit how fast it zips across the yard. The battery life isn't the best though, for the size of it you'd think it would last longer then 10-15 minutes. It can be controlled with the controller or your phone, with the phone you can grab video or pictures as you fly. I would recommend if you are looking for a starter drone to get used to the basics of flying.

    I got this drone for a 13-year-old boy. He had expressed interest in drones in the past and had never actually flown any. His friends have one, but it cost several thousand dollars. So I told him I would get one for him to try and get used to flying care and maintenance. This drone is definitely not a $3000 state of the art drone. But for the price that I paid it definitely delivered. I thought this was going to be a cheap hunk of plastic that would break fairly quickly. However, it is decently made. It is definitely lightweight and will not do well and heavy wind. But for flying indoors or outdoors on calm days it’s a perfect little starter unit to see if he will be interested in flying drones in the future. The unit on it is decent and it is generally fun to fly and easy to control.
