This book is an easy to read roadmap of how to interlock your work and home life. Not to separate them, but to find the "harmony" between them. It makes you think about your purpose and why you do what you do for whom you do it. This isn't a book on just how Grant does it, he help you think and dig deep about what you really want while giving advice on how to achieve it. He also gives examples of how he manages this while owing multiple companies. Grant is a great communicator and walks you through the process of establishing what every professional wants because his desire is to love others. It will be worth your time to read this book, you won't be disappointed!
