This was about Lulu and Ella. They were best friends. When they graduated high school they went to California for a few days. They both had feelings for each other but something changed when they came back and Ella left and moved to a big city and she was an OBGYN doctor. She was married to a woman that she didn’t love. Her mother set them up. The only way she could get out of the marriage is if her wife had an affair. She ended up catching her with her business partner on her birthday. She stood there and called her lawyer. She ended up going back to Sulphur Bluff where she was from and she ran into Lulu. All her feelings came back with a quickness. Lulu was dating Freddy. He was a jerk. He always put her down. She was a little on the heavier side. She didn’t love Freddy but she was stuck with him because he got her pregnant. Things got worse for her through the pregnancy and she got enough nerve to break up with him and she put the baby up for adoption. This was a good book. I can’t wait to read more from this author. Hopefully there will be a continuation of this story.

Bad Idea Lane (Sulphur Bluff Nights Book 1) by Krista Renee
Who doesn't love pies 🥧
Bad Idea Lane is the first book I've read by Krista Renne, this book was not what i was expecting. I really enjoyed reading this book, I feel it helps the reader relate more to the story. A lot of the readers that pick to read this book, would realize that they can connect in one way or another with Lulu and Ella. We all go through high and lows in our lives, that help us become a better person for ourselves and for those that we love.
If you haven't read Bad Idea Lane, it should be on your TBR list, this was an Incredible and truly a beautifully written story.
Can’t wait to read more by Krista Renee!!!
