Paul serves as President of The Starr Group, a trusted leader in the insurance field and is one of the largest family-owned, independent insurance agencies in Wisconsin. He is also the Chairman of the 2019 American Heart Association Milwaukee Heart Walk. Lastly, Paul is the Founder of C-Suite for Christ; a group of business executives who share stories of how including Christ in our daily lives has positively affected our work environment.

Paul and his wife, Tanya, reside in Colgate with their three children: Kennedy (6), Hudson (4), and Reagan (1). The Neubergers belong to Grace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls where they enjoy the welcoming nature of the congregation and the family-like atmosphere that the pastors and leaders have created. Paul serves on the Grace Lutheran Church Endowment Committee working to secure the financial future of the institution through donations and estate gifts. In his spare time, Paul loves spending quality time with his family, immersing himself in politics, reading biographies, and watching movies.

    Paul M. Neuberger has solved cold calling once and for all in this book. Wow! The Secrets to Cold Calling Success includes all original material and walks the reader through the entire cold calling process from start to finish. It is the perfect "how to" guide by simplifying one of the most difficult (but when used correctly, the most effective) sales strategies available.

    The company I work for doesn’t do cold calls, and I am an employee. I found this incredibly helpful.

    If you hate sales, this is the book for you. Paul’s secrets are more about giving than selling. If you are making sales calls and getting no response, this is the book for you. Paul’s book redefined sales for me as building strategic relationships. If you do cold calling, this is the book for you, as Paul is the master at cold calling, and these are some of his secrets. If you want a sales strategy to help you get ahead, this is it.

    I listened to Paul speak twice before I read this book, and he understands human psychology. This is a cheap introduction to his work. You have to do the work to make it work, but if you do, you can realize your dreams. There are a ton of tools in this book that will help you rethink your sales strategy to be much more effective.

    Paul’s book really takes cold calling to a new level. He brings his expertise, knowledge, and guidance to you the reader. Paul will guide you on how to improve your scripts and give you the opportunity to meet the people you want to meet. If you want to close more business then read this book.

    I finished your cold calling book and it was by far the best sales book I’ve ever read. Wish I had it when I was cold calling. Already using it for some online sales and conversations, and it’s paying huge dividends. Love the way you flipped the script

    I recently took an early retirement to start a consulting company of my own. Despite being an expert in my field I lacked one critical skill, that of selling. I bought the book, The Secrets to Cold Call Success in part because of the author's reputation as a sales guru, someone who could teach anyone the secrets of selling. Neuberger lived up to his reputation as the book was everything I had hoped it would be and more. Literally today I closed a deal for coaching using some of the 'secrets' from the book.

    I PURCHASE THIS ON AUDIBLE AND DIDNT LIKE SUB PAR. I'VE READ MANY BOOKS ON THE SUBJECT. I JUST FEEL THIS HAD ALOT OF FLUFF.

    For anyone that is looking to get into 'sales' or have it as a part of your business, this book is a MUST HAVE bible. I am the type of individual where 'things need to make sense' to me. Paul's book makes complete sense to me in every part of the cold call script.

    On top of this, when reading the book, I came across a link where you can enter your script to have Paul review it. First couple of thoughts (which were way off base) was this is going to cost $500 - $1,000 for him to review my script. I could not have been further off base. It was $29!!! So then I called the phone number in the book, expecting to come across a 'Gatekeeper'. NO! PAUL actually answered the phone! I knew it was him because of his voice (I also listened to the Audible version - Then purchased the book.) I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this.

    Paul takes it a couple of steps further. I expected a short email back with a couple of corrections to my script. Instead, I received a video link with Paul spending over 12minutes tactfully critiquing my script! I was blown away by this. It was completely personalized! VERY IMPRESSED!

    An excellent book. An excellent read. Excellent tips. Highly recommended.
