I really wanted this product to work. I bought it for my daughter so that she could wear it around the neighborhood while she played with her friends. The GPS would not update. I live in a very large Dallas-Fort Worth area, so cell service is not an issue here. I was able to call her and she was able to call me. But tracking her was of my highest importance. I contacted customer support. When I bought this product early in the summer I was able to speak to an actual person who lives in America that worked for this company. We were in contact back and forth to try to resolve the issue for the GPS which I really appreciated their efforts. After we were not successfully able to work out the GPS issue I decided to return the watch. I return the watch within the first few weeks of buying it and I did get a refund from Amazon for my watch. I contacted the company to let them know that I no longer needed the service and from there I assumed that I would no longer get charged the monthly fee which was 19.99. in July I was charged another $19.99 which I had missed on my bank statement but then I noticed that in August I was charged 19.99 and I immediately called to check up on it. When I did this I realized that this is now an outsourced customer service calling center which is no longer in America and they could no longer understand my English nor could I understand them. I tried to explain to the man that I had returned my watch and that I had requested my service to be canceled previously. He was not able to see that so, I just requested that he cancel it immediately and he said okay and that he would do that. I assumed that he would have done that. Again in September I was charged $19.99 and I called again and talk to a lady. I was again sent to this outsourced overseas company and she could not understand me nor could she find my email or could she understand my email or could she understand anything. After she eventually found my account she said that she did not see that I had talked to anybody. And the best that she could do was to just cancel my service effective today but I would not be receiving any refunds for anything. I then tried to find a local number for this company and there is only one and every time you call it you will be outsourced to a company that is across the world. I wanted to talk to the actual person who owns the company like I did when I originally bought the watch. I want my money back for this service that I did not even get to use because it was a waste. I do not recommend buying this watch or using the service. It will not work. And you don't want to deal with them. If anybody from SECU life is reading this comment, please go ahead and reach out to me and let me know how to get my $60 back for the months that I did not use. Until then, I will not be recommending you to anybody this is terrible customer service and it was a terrible product.
The reason that I gave this product a chance when you guys first started selling it was because this company was a USA product. Great job outsourcing your customer service.

My dad is older and has some medical concerns requiring him to take medications that can sometimes cause him to feel dizzy.I can't be with him all the time, so I needed something to help keep him safe, but mostly it was for me to feel calmer about leaving him all day.My friend recommended that we get some kind of medical monitoring equipment. There are a lot of options, so I was completely confused about what to buy.This product is perfect so far; we are really happy!He can wear it on his wrist and not around his neck, he doesn't have to remember to put it in his pocket like some other products I've been reading about.It's light and, most importantly, incredibly easy to use.I'm not good with instructions, nor is he; we are both impatient and cannot be bothered with too many steps.We tried all the features, and they worked much better than I had expected.When you call the bracelet, the sound is clear.The tracking is exact; I can see where he is inside or outside, which is a critical feature.The SOS button immediately sent me an alert, which is a massive bonus for a worrisome daughter like me.The time is accurate.Alerts are easy to set up and the app is easy.The fencing option is a huge plus. I created two fenced areas on the app, one for my dad's house and the other for his friend's home. Whenever he leaves the house or comes back, it sends an alert, so I know he got back ok.
