It is rare to find personal musings of a deacon which are enlightening to one's own spiritual path. This book is worthwhile if you want to find out what and how a person on a spiritual path thinks about.

Good book. Great ideas. I have been looking for a secular contemplative lifestyle for over 6 years that I could get into. The advice and wisdom in this book fits the bill pretty well.
