About this item
- Measure before Buying: A properly sized collar can effectively train the dog's behavior without damaging his sensitive neck area, so it is important to measure the size before buying. The owner is required to accompany the dog when wearing it
- Effective Training Collar: The pinch collar mimics the way a mother dog carries her pups, training them effectively with a gentle pinching sensation. Each smooth and rounded prong naturally disperses stress, keeps your pet from being overexcited, and helps your dog learn basic obedience and commands without you yelling or punishing
- Humanity Protection Design: A nylon protector can prevent the prongs from falling apart when walking the dog, and its reflective edge keeps high visibility at night for safety. Put on our pinch collar, from now on there's no judgment from other dog owners. We believe this excellent dog training collar will make your life easier
- Convenient and Durable: The tactical buckle not only helps you put on or take off conveniently but also increases the safety and firmness to prevent accidental loosening, especially suitable for aggressive dogs
- Easy to Wear: Use pliers to adjust the link to find a comfortable size for your dog, and clip on the tactical buckle, then use it with a leash together. And our package comes with 2 spare prongs and 8 more rubber tips for adjustment

Product Description

What is Pinch Collar?
Pinch collars, also known as prong collars, consist of small metal rings connected together and each has a set of prongs that tighten and pinch your dog's neck without pain when it is pulled by the dog. Similar to a chain bracelet, it can be adjusted by removing or adding links. It simply pinches the skin around its neck to simulate the effect of another dog biting on its neck.

Why You Need a Mayerzon Prong Collar
One of the major reasons most owners do not take their dogs on walks is that they continue to tug or pull on the leash. On the other hand, if you do not walk your dog often, you might find him chewing on furniture, jumping, and barking.
But with Mayerzon's choke prong collar, which simply exerts a little pressure on the neck like the pressure a mother puts on her pups’ necks when she carries them around, you can easily train your dog, making it easier and safer to take him out to the park or the streets.

Mayerzon Dog Pinch Collar for Small Medium Large Dogs
A pinch collar may look violent at first sight, but we can announce that it's a quite safe and effective dog outfit when it is the right size for your dog and is used professionally.
- Be relaxed when you use this pinch collar while you walk your dog.
- The collar simply pinches the skin on the neck, simulating the effect of another canine nipping at the neck.
- The operation is simple, but the function is effective.

It makes him such a joy to walk with instead of being yanked around. We do need to remove his 'regular' collar so it doesn't interfere but both are easy on-n-off so it's no big deal.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2022Size: Large,4mm,23.6-Inch,18-22"NeckColor: BlackVerified PurchaseMy pit/hound mix is STRONG and has destroyed 4 prong collars in 6 years. So I went to a harness (because last prong snapped and fell off when we were getting out of car) He can't escape harness- but he just doesn't feel it or me when he wears it, so he's been tossing me around. This prong collar- w Quick release BETWEEN the leash loops, so it is held closed when leash is on is BRILLIANT! (All the collars broke at the quick release). I have now attached the prong collar to the harness (d-rings and carabiner clips) so that IF he breaks collar again, the harness will catch him and give me precious moments to move the leash to the harness clip. I do believe this is the best solution ever and he is back to being a joy to walk, with the prong collar in place. Thanks!
- Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2022When I first opened the package, I appreciated the look of the collar. The metal buckle seems strong and has a nice smooth "snap" when it goes together. I also liked that you can wrap the collar around and snap together rather than just go over the dog's head. What I don't like...it doesn't work. It's not a choker. It's not a pinch collar. It looks like one, but it provides no corrective feedback to a dog, which put us both in a dangerous situation when he could not feel my feedback. This is trash. I'm throwing it out. I won't even donate it to a charity. Someone could get hurt! I regularly use a pinch or training collar with my 90-pound Doberman. He walks well on leash, but he's so strong that he doesn't really notice a regular choke chain correction. He needs that little pinch to alert him that he's pulling. With a regular pinch collar, I can literally hold onto the leash with two fingers. The first time walking my Dobie with this new pinch collar I noticed that he was pulling way more than normal. I gave a couple of tug corrections, but it was like he didn't even feel it. At first, I thought he was just overexcited as we didn't walk the day before and that he'd calm down after a few blocks. However, I quickly realized that the collar doesn't pull tight like a choke chain. Halfway through our 2-mile walk, I had to stop and remove all the rubber covers from the "spikes." That didn't change anything. It was basically like I was trying to walk him with a regular collar (no choker). At mile 1.5 I felt like a water skier having to walk in a strange squat form just to have enough leverage to give a correction. My doofy Dobie didn't even feel it. Our whole walk he was walking happily in his own world thinking everything was fine. Funny enough, he walks very well off-leash. I can walk him without a lead at all and he'll stay shoulder to hip with me. I would have been better off without it at all. This collar somehow prompted him to pull. I was tempted to just take the collar off and walk him with the leash wrapped on his neck like a temporary lead at the vet! I probably should have done so because about 20 feet later--disaster in the form of a chittering squirrel. My dog started after the squirrel and headless to my "leave it" command or tugs on the leash I quickly got rope burn as the leash flew through my hands, and my dog went into a thorny hedgerow that blocks off access to a citrus grove. When I was face to face with a load of thorns, I had to let go of the leash. Then I spent the next 10 minutes trying to coax my dog back through the hedgerow in an opening I thought he could fit through. He's not a perfect dog. He's not a working dog. He's a regular pet that knows basic commands and a few tricks. One of his flaws is that he has a blind, craze-inducing passion for chasing squirrels. He quickly realized that he was trapped in the citrus grove and was frantically trying to find his way back through the hedgerow. I had to find a hole large enough for him to see my hand and then drag him by his front paws through the hole. We were both scratched by the thorns, but all in all, it could have been much worse. This collar is garbage. With my regular pinch collar, he might have pulled a bit and barked in an embarrassing fit, but he wouldn't have gotten away from me. He would have performed his little act right next to me. I would have given him a slight tug on the leash with a correction and a command to sit and the squirrel craze would have ended. This dumb collar will not help you control a large dog, and if you think it will, you could be injured, your dog could be injured, or even worse someone else could be injured. Don't buy it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Tactical Clip - Unclips on it's own occasionally.
I had high hopes for this collar to help me when it comes to pulling in certain scenarios. My dog is reactive when it comes to other dogs, this is something were working on and trying to find the correct collar/harness for him. This collar seems to work well but my issue is that it has unclipped by itself multiple times while were out on walks. The only thing that kept the collar on at those times is the leash clip holding together the two clips on the collar. I don't know if I just have a faulty tactical clip or if others have had this problem.
