I love this book, I had someone recommend to me a few years back and never got around to buying it. I see it everywhere and so I decided to get it here. Best decision she is so informal and makes you really believe in your abilities. this has leveled me up spiritually, I will read this once a year to keep this information fresh.

I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo the fun steps of dealing with overworked nurses and schedulers who sell you doom, gloom and you will have to have chemo and radiation and come see us to demean your health protocols for time everlasting.
I chose to work on my diet and added deep meditations.

This book with reflective words helped me remain on the course of positivity in my cancer experience. Not only did I not go berserk when nurses told me my diet didnt matter nor did my physical fitness I also was able with support from this book to nOT have to have chemo or radiation!
