UPDATE: 27Mar22. After my initial review I was contacted immediately by the companies customer service. We were able to resolve the issue and they ended up sending me a fully assembled hand cart free of charge to make it right. All in all the cart performed great, I was able to move a full-size safe with no problem. Only thing keeping it from five stars was the initial problems I had from the beginning, other than that the card is great.

Assembly was pretty straight forward and instructions are pretty easy to follow. However the craftsmanship on the materials was poor. Many of the boat holes still had metal material in the way so I had to use a hammer to get the bolts all the way through. The biggest negative item was that the axle was missing a hole for the cotter pin which holds the wheel on. Definitely not something I want to deal with when rolling around heavy things and a wheel possibly falling off. I tried to drill a hole for the cottter pin but my drill bit could not make it through this steel rod. This is the reason for the low star rating.

Now, it's been pretty long time. As, I reviewed this hand truck is really nice and very sturdy! Sometimes, I throw it away in the backyard when I finish my work. But this sturdy hand truck always work very nice even I can't see any rusty parts. If you are a first time to buy this, then you must keep a hand tool first, because it didn't include.

Very interesting, the Amazon and this seller were very cooperative, if we find some parts missing.

I am sure, you won't feel any regrets if you buy this product.

Came home to find my wife angry and exhausted from trying to put this together in an attempt to surprise me.
When I looked at everything, it was obvious that some of the pre-drilled holes did not line up, resulting in one part of the aluminum bending such that it almost snapped off when the bolt was tightened.
The instructions require some critical thinking to discern what is what, as the bolts included in the box were not the same as the ones pictured in the instructions.
So, cryptic instructions, bolts/nuts that were different than those pictured and holes that were not correctly drilled made assembly of this more difficult than it should have been.
After a trip to the hardware store for proper bolts, a bit of hammering and some shimming, I have a dolly that I hope will not break while I am moving things up/down the stairs.
I definitely will not dare to move anything nearly as heavy as the manufacturer claims is possible.
